I wanted to take this opportunity to put into writing how happy Cheryl and I are with our latest remodeling project. When we hired you to complete the first floor about three years ago, we were very unsure about how it was going to turn out. But as you already know, that entire project was completed on schedule, and we’ve gotten nothing but positive comments from friends and family. That is the reason we wanted to invite you back to create the same arts and craft style throughout the second floor. We were excited that you were available to complete the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms this past summer. Again, my congratulations on selecting some of the best subcontracts I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting. I know that their attention to detail, the quality of their work and the importance they placed on your schedule is a reflection of the priorities you have with every project you accept. I’m sure that if it had been anyone else, we would not have been willing to leave you the keys to our home while we were on vacation for the last two weeks of the project. When we returned, the place was spectacular. Every room was clean, the new woodwork was polished, and all the electrical and plumbing fixtures were exactly where they were supposed to be. Please feel free to share my support for your craftsmanship and attention to detail with any potential future clients. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss your work and the ability you have to turn what most people would view as a monstrous project, into a work of art. Primrose Builders complete our rural home in 2004, and we are thrilled with the results. Dave Larkin was the general contractor and finish carpenter. His initial cost estimate was spot on and his work was top quality. The finish carpentry is stunning. The whole process went so much more smoothly than I'd expected, probably because Larkin paid such attention to detail -- not only to my requests, but to the overall timing of the project and the work of each subcontractor.
